When will I have access to the Meadow Barn for my wedding?

The Meadow Barn will be open September 1st of 2016 and will be available 7 days a week for special events. For Friday, Saturday, Sunday weddings you will have access to the property from 8:00am until 12:00am. Your ceremony and reception can take place at any time but must be approved by the event manager.

How big is the Meadow Barn?

The entire building will be 64ft X 132ft including a 10ft covered patio the length of the building. The reception space will be 52ftX108ft or 5,832sqft. There will be room in the reception area for a 400 guest seated dinner and built in bar. The Remaining 1,536sqft will include the prep kitchen, bridal suite, and bathrooms. A 576sqft grooms loft will also be available overlooking the entire venue. The ceremony area in the meadow will also have room for 400 guest seated and plenty of space for yard games and photos during cocktial hour.

Where can I have my ceremony?

Your ceremony can be held in the apple orchard meadow! The most romantic setting for your outside wedding ceremony. This is a private space surrounded by full-grown apple trees. White resin chairs will be provided and set up for your guest list. Inside the barn is also a great ceremony alternative.

Do you have a full service bar?

Yes! We have a fully stocked and staffed bar (beer, wine and hard alcohol). Bartenders will be included in your venue rental. No outside alcohol will be allowed on the premises.

Can I use any caterer?

Yes! You may use any licensed caterer and baker that you would like for no additional fees. There is an industrial sized prep kitchen included in your rental for their use and dedicated entrances.

Whats included in the rental rate?

Bridal suite, groom’s loft, outdoor or indoor ceremony site, prep kitchen, round tables, chairs for reception & ceremony, bartenders, glassware for the bar, fire pit, use of the orchard meadow and covered patio, on-site facility manager and so much more!

Can I bring in my own decorations?

Yes, you can get as creative as you like! However, tape, staples, or other damaging adhesives may NOT be used on the walls, ceiling or floor of the bar. Also we are a timber frame stucture so no open flames please!

What time does music have to end?

Entertainment & last dance must be done by 11:30pm to allow for dismantle of equipment and guests to be out by 12:30am. Pleae enquire if you have special requests.

How do I reserve my date?

To Save the Date of your event, half of the rental cost will be required at the signing of the contract as a deposit. The remainder of the payment is due 60 days prior to the event. The deposit is not refundable upon cancellation of the event.
